RRMS Needs You: Join the RRMS PTO Board! Help Make a Difference in Our School Community!
Without new leadership, the programs that make our school community special—like the Monster Mash, the Fund Run, and the 8th-Grade Celebration—are at risk. We need your help to keep these traditions alive and continue raising the funds that support our library, music, and fitness programs.
We have openings for the following roles for the 2026-2027 school year:
The Roles & Responsibilities
Co-Presidents (bring a friend): The "Big Picture" leaders. You’ll oversee events, coordinate with school administration, and manage the general flow of PTO communications.
Co-Vice Presidents (bring a friend) The "Connectors." You’ll handle event promotion, manage Sign-Up Geniuses, and keep families engaged through social media and newsletters.
Co-Treasurer: The "Numbers Specialist." You’ll partner with our existing Co-Treasurer to track income, manage expenses, and keep our budget on track.
The Commitment & Impact
Time: Only 2–3 hours per month on a flexible schedule.
Support: You aren’t doing this alone! All roles are "Co-" positions (bring a friend!) and full training is provided.
The Stake: Without a full board, we cannot effectively run events like the Monster Mash, School Supply Sales, Career Day or Teacher Support initiatives.
Help Us Protect the RRMS Experience. Several beloved PTO-supported events and programs may be significantly impacted or may not take place at all without your support.
